What is underwrap?
The name says it all. It's tape that is made to be worn underneath tape. Underwrap is always worn underneath Kinesiology Tape and Sports Tape. However, some people are allergic to the glue that's in Kinesiology Tape. For this reason, underwrap has been developed. This tape is applied to the skin before the other tape. This will ensure that the kinesiology tape will always remain in place. So in short, underwrap will ensure that people won't get an allergic reaction from the glue.
Does underwrap itself have any effect?
Underwrap itself doesn't have any effect. It can only offer a little extra support. It's always worn underneath kinesiology or sports tape.
