Which size?
The under pronation insoles are suitable for every type of shoe and come in the sizes 3 - 13 (EU 36 - 48). When in doubt, always pick the bigger size. The insoles are made of a material that, if need be, can easily be trimmed to fit the right size. This way, you will always have the insoles that fit you best!
