Instructions:
Cooling: Place the Novamed Ice Pack / Hot & Cold Pack in the freezer for at leas 8 hours. You can put the pack in a towel or washcloth and place the Novamed Ice Pack / Hot & Cold Pack on the injury for 15 to 20 minutes.
Warming: Warm the Novamed Ice Pack / Hot & Cold Pack in the microwave for 15 - 30 seconds at 600 Watt. You can put the pack in a towel or washcloth and place the Novamed Ice Pack / Hot & Cold Pack on the injury until it is cooled off.
