Which size?
The Adidas Gum Shield can be molded to fit the shape of your mout. Just follow the steps below:
- Place the gum shield in warm water for a maximum of 20 seconds.
- Cool for a short period of time under the cold tap and put it in your mouth.
- Mold it to the shape of your upper teeth with your fingers and your tongue.
- Bite down the gum shield with your lower teeth and suck on it.
Should it not fit right the first time, you can repeat these steps up to a maximum of 2 times.
