Two types of wrist sleeves
There's the wrist brace which is very sturdy and therefore gives maximum support to the wrist. Nowadays, wrist braces are made of high-quality sturdy plastics, foam and other elastic fabrics. A wrist bandage is softer but gives sufficient support for the less serious wrist complaints, a wrist bandage works perfectly as a support during sports and for prevention of wrist injuries.
